However, ten years later, Jane, the human resource manager locates herself in a critical financial quandary. The demand for manpower resource in the company is speedily declining. She thinks that this is a consequence of a slowdown in economic milieu and that her company is one of the victims. Jane also believes that she has done nothing erroneous and that financial turmoil her company is undergoing will be a thing of the past soon.
